CHILI'S GIVE BACK DAY- Thursday, May 15th (All Day - Carry-Out, Dine-in or On-line Orders) Please join us after the Spring Concert at Chili's for our Spring Concert Tradition. An area will be reserved for KHS Chorus, so we can enjoy an evening out as a Chorus Family. You must bring your Chili's invitation (see attachment 1) for KHS Choral Boosters to receive 10% of the proceeds. Thank you in advance for your support.

Booster Club Meeting:
The Booster Club Meeting that was scheduled for January 14, has be rescheduled for Tuesday, January 21 at 7:00pm in the Chorus Room.
This is a very important meeting. We will discuss competition season, District Chorus and the Hampton Roads Stage and Show Choir Invitational. The Hampton Roads Stage and Show Choir Invitational is our biggest fundraiser. Visiting choirs come to Kecoughtan to compete before our judges. We need A LOT of parent and student volunteers to help make this event successful.

T-shirts
If you've ordered a Chorus t-shirt, they are in. The t-shirts will be given to your student in class unless you want to make other arrangements. Thanks.

HARDSHIP FUND
If you have filled out a Hardship Form to help with your chorus fees, please contact Mr. Allison or me.
Only students who participated in fundraisers (VA Diner, Citrus Fruit, Krispy Kreme and Basketball Concessions), that helped them earn money for their individual accounts, per the Hardship Form Requirements, are eligible for assistance from the Choral Boosters.

There is roughly $5000 still owed for Costume and Choreography Fees. Mr. Allison may have to cancel the first two competitions if these fees are not paid, because he will have reblock the show and rework the choreography. If you need to pay your fees, please contact Mr. Allison NOW! or 850-5018.

Mr. Allison has added much needed rehearsal dates to the schedule for the upcoming competition season.
Please note the date and times of the rehearsals. Also, there was some confusion on the time for Monday night's rehearsal. Please know that if there is ever a change in dates or times of Chorus activities, I will ALWAYS email you (per Mr. Allison's request) and he will Facebook it.

The students earned a total of $700.00 at the car wash. I have attached the breakdown of what will go in each student's account. Thanks to everyone who supported the car wash. Thanks to all the parents who donated their time to help the car wash run smoothly.
